New Ways in Real Estate Sales. A team aims to effectively convey its ideas to buyers and project developers. But how can the messages be best delivered? A task tailor-made for the unconventional team at KRAFTJUNGS.
NEUBAUWERTE is a young, innovative, and dynamic company for the nationwide sales of new-build condominiums. The company was founded at the end of 2019 and is a subsidiary of Lübke & Kelber and INDUSTRIA.

The future of real estate sales – digital
The first real estate project in Leipzig also demonstrated the currently achievable possibilities of digital real estate marketing. Starting from drone flights with object visualizations, the unique opportunity to customize apartments in a virtual tour while viewing, to the online configurator, it was a pure experience.
Relaunch and new web design
Now, a second step in communication was required: Before the website relaunch, a 360° view of the basics was needed. What communication goals should be achieved now, which additional target groups addressed, how can the messages be experienced?
KRAFTJUNGS questioned content, created, and reassembled. Initially, with a focus on the main goal of the new site, convincing property developers and project developers of effective distribution channels and well-thought-out packages. But also, and new: Cleverly involving end customers. The design team of online specialists relies on striking messages reinforced with icons, cool project presentations, quickly comprehensible and impactful text in detail. The new look and feel proposal by KRAFTJUNGS’ web designers leads the brand towards digital lightness and clarity.
